PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to improve a unit for removing scale deposited on the heat transfer tube support plate of a steam generator installed in an atomic power plant. SOLUTION: A water pouring hose 23, an optical fiber 24 and an N2 hose 25 are sandwiched between two thin strip-like spring steel plates 20, both the edges of the plate are fastened by an adhesive tape 21, fed while the entirety is shaped in a strip-like state, inserted into the forest of the tubes and scale is washed out. |
