<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a trespasser, etc., and also detect a body which is left stationary after the trespass and the subsequent moving state of the trespasser individually by sequentially inputting and updating images into background images to be referred to even under a monitor condition wherein the background images change gradually. SOLUTION: First image data read out of a 1st image memory 1 by a 1st input/output device 11 are inputted to a 1st multiplier 14 and multiplied by a constant 1-a (0<=a<=1) as a multiplicator. Further, 2nd image data read out of a 2nd image memory 2 by a 2nd input-output device 12 are inputted to a 2nd multiplier 15 and multiplied by a constant (a) as a multiplicator. Then an adder 16 adds the product found by the 1st multiplier 14 and the product found by the 2nd multiplier 15 together and the addition result is written in the 2nd image memory 2 by the 2nd input-output device 12. Thus, the 2nd image data stored in the 2nd image memory 2 are updated.</p> |
