摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a signal at high rate by providing a loading compensation means, comprising a pulse generation means and a driving means, at a predetermined position of bus line thereby enhancing the transmission characteristics of bus line. SOLUTION: When a transmission signal IN falls from H to L, a pulse generation circuit 420 generates a positive pulse to conduct an NMOS transistor 432 thus starting discharging operation of signal being applied to a node N3 at high rate. When the transmission signal IN rises from L to H, a pulse generation circuit 410 generates a negative pulse to conduct a PMOS transistor 431 thus feeding a power supply voltage and charging the node N3 at high rate. More specifically, the loading compensation means is actuated when the inverted signal IN makes a transition from H to L or L to H to bring about a normal potential level at the node N3 and minimizes the loss of signal IN.</p>
