PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine the function of a fan with that of a heat exchanger so as to lower the cost. SOLUTION: Circumferentially inside a pipe 10 an air passageway is formed by attaching a partition board 15 consisting primarily of paper 17 which is capable of all-purpose heat exchange. Through this air passageway and though an air passageway in the other part inside the pipe 10 the discharge of indoor air and the intake of outdoor air are simultaneously performed so that the heat-exchange function between the indoor air and outdoor air can be effected in combination with ventilation with the heat exchanger therefor provided circumferentially inside the pipe 10. |
