The packaging dispenser comprises a product container and a hollow part (22) which moves under the action of gravity inside a conduit (12). The conduit is formed inside a dispenser head (1) forming a push button. The conduit communicates at one end with the outlet of a valve control rod and at the other end with a dispenser nozzle (7). The conduit has an elbow and the movable part is installed in a branch of the elbow and is sealed on a seat (25) in the other branch (15) of the elbow when it closes the conduit. The movable part has an enlarged external section (16) which is supported axially and sealed against a corresponding conduit shoulder (26) in the conduit closed position. The product passage section through the movable part is greater than half the section of the conduit portion through which the movable part is displaced.
