The cushion is made from a number of articulated sections (2, 3, 4) of a supple material, filled with air, foam, expanded polystyrene or cork, attached by one end (1) to the end wall of the bath and with the remainder floating on the water to support the head and neck of the bather. The end of the cushion which fastens to the bath wall is in the form of a strip with suction cups on the back and a ring at one end which allows it to be detached after use. The articulated sections are made from two layers of a semi-rigid, supple and impermeable material.
