PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily plan a production schedule even for a production line for which the production schedule of a pre-process and the production schedule of a post-process depend on each other. SOLUTION: When the request of a production amount supplied from a production request preparation device 1 is received, this scheduling device 2 plans an optimum production schedule corresponding to the data of the various kinds of masters (an item number master, a calendar master, a numbered machine master and a season master) stored in a storage device 4 by an automatic planning part 5. At the time, the final production schedule is planned while adjusting the production schedule (pre-process) of a sub raw material required prior to the production of a product and the production schedule (post- process) of the product. For instance, when the production schedule of the pre- process is not suited to the production schedule of the post-process, the post- process is changed matched with the pre-process. Then, the final production schedule is displayed at a display device 6 by a prescribed format. |
