<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the family register book of B4 vertical writing performed from the time before by inputting the family register book of A4 horizontal writing prepared by a new family register system along with a notification and to prepare an entry sentence only for an event requiring transfer by performing an alteration processing. SOLUTION: An alteration processing part 3 inputs the contents of the family register book of a new form and the notification from an input part 11, divides them into the respective events and respective identity items and stores them in an input data storage part 12. Based on the list of event names and the identity items in the input data storage part 12, a transfer judgement table 13 is retrieved and the section of whether or not to perform a transfer processing is taken out and stored in the input data storage part 12. An entry sentence preparation part 4 inputs the input data storage part 12, extracts the event requiring the transfer, retrieves an entry pattern table 15 based on the list of the event names and the identity items, takes out a corresponding entry sentence and outputs it to an entry sentence storage part 16, a printing part 17 and a display part 18.</p> |
