摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate accurate allowable regenerative power corresponding to the state of a battery to perform regenerative charging control. SOLUTION: A battery 11, a power converting means 12 which converts the discharged power of the battery 11 into the drive force of a load when the load is driven and converts the drive force of the load into the charging power of the battery 11 when a power is regenerated from the load, a voltage detecting means 14 which detects a voltage between both terminals of the battery 11 and a current detecting means 15 which detects a current applied to the battery 11 are provided. The discharging voltage and the discharging current of the battery 11 are detected by the voltage detecting means 14 and the current detecting means 15 respectively when the load is driven. Further, a control means 16 which estimates an allowable regenerative power at the time of the power regeneration in accordance with the measured results and controls the charging power of the battery 11 not to exceed the allowable regenerative power when the power is regenerated is provided.
