PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability by confirming a transmission line during transmission of data to reduce missing, intruded data or undesired processing data. SOLUTION: In the transmission line for optical communication, a light receiving element 22 of a receiver 20 receives an optical signal sent from a light emitting element 11 of a transmitter 10 and converts the signal into an electric signal. A light emitting element 21 of the receiver 20 converts the electric signal into an optical signal again and transmits it and a light receiving element 12 of the transmitter converts the optical signal into an electric signal. The transmitter 10 compares the transmitted signal with the received signal to discriminate whether or not the transmission line is reserved.
