PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic-component assembling apparatus provided with a mechanism which can open an opening and shutting cover after putting an end to the operation of a device at the inside when the opening and shutting cover is opened in order to perform maintenance inspection of the device. SOLUTION: A device such as a loading head or the like is arranged and installed inside a cover box 1. An opening and shutting cover 2 which is used to perform the maintenance inspection of the inside is installed at the cover box 1. When an opening-and-shutting-cover opening request switch SW2 is turned on, the device such as the loading head or the like completes an operation in progress, it is moved to a standby position, and a lock part 6 at the opening and shutting cover 2 releases a locked state. Then, an operator opens the opening and shutting cover 2 so as to perform the maintenance inspection. When the opening and shutting cover 2 is opened, a drive current switch at the device is turned off. When the maintenance inspection is completed and the opening and shutting cover 2 is closed, the lock part 6 locks the opening and shutting cover 2 again. In addition, when an automatic-operation starting switch SW3 is turned on, the device restarts its operation. |
