PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve unevenness of an air amount fed from each blow-off outlet, supply uniform air of the same amount into a room at all times, and hence ensure comfortable indoor environment in a cassette type ceiling suspension air conditioner of multi-directional, e.g. four directional, blow-off type. SOLUTION: A fan motor 2, a heat exchange coil 3, and a drain pan 4 disposed in an upper air fan passage 5 formed on an upper portion in a room, a lower fan air passage B is formed downward the fan air passage 5. A branch chamber A is formed which includes a plurality of fan air ducts (a), (b), (c), (d) on the peripheral surface thereof. Each of the fan air ducts (a), (b), (c), (d) is communicated with each of blow-off outlets 8, 8, 8, 8 opened toward a lower surface panel, and a large diameter air pocket 9 is formed in part of the lower fan air passage B. Further, the air pocket 9 is formed in the lower fan air passage B located downwardly and frontally of the heat exchange coil 3. |
