PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the presence/absence of a publicity effect and to efficiently provide the guidance information of a high utilization degree desired by an information user. SOLUTION: A data base is constructed by the guidance information relating to service facilities provided from information providers 10a-10m to the data base of an external information center 12 and the guidance information is transmitted to respective information terminals 14a-14z. The information user 16 receives the guidance information from the information terminals 14a-14z and feeds back utilization degree information for indicating the utilization degree of the guidance information through a reception stand 18 to the information providers at the time of arriving at the service facilities based on the guidance information. The external information center 12 arranges the data base based on the utilization degree information from the information providers and the information user 16 is provided with the guidance information with the publicity effect of the high utilization degree.
