PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misselection even when there are more than one circulation path by automatically selecting a corresponding circulation path out of the circulation paths according to unique additional information of data and performing circulation. SOLUTION: When the circulation is performed by using a previously set circulation path, a unique identifier is selected from the circulation paths as additional information and sets in a recognition field (ST502). After data generation, scanner input is performed (ST503), data image conversion is performed (ST504), and OCR recognition is carried out (ST505). When the additional information is normally recognized through the OCR recognition, it is checked whether it matches the identifier of a table containing a plurality of circulation paths (ST5O6). When the identifier is not O, circulation is automatically selected by a circulation path out of a table containing circulation paths matching the circulation path set with the additional information when matching is obtained by the matching check (ST514) and the circulation is performed (ST518). |
