PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing device for audio signals which can reproduce audio signals recorded in a semiconductor memory as an audio signal having clear and natural hearing sense. SOLUTION: A LPF 21 eliminates high-frequency components of audio signals. Then, the audio signals are supplied to a memory 23 through an A/D conversion circuit 22. Receiving the control of a memory controller 25, the memory 23 fetches the audio signals. The audio signals written into the memory 23 are controlled by the memory controller 25 to be read from the memory 23. Then, the audio signals are converted into analog signals by an A/D conversion circuit 24 to be supplied to a tone control circuit 14. The circuit 14 is controlled by a microcomputer 30 to control the low-frequency components of the audio signals in accordance with the high-frequency components of the audio signals eliminated by the LPF 21. |
