SOLUTION: The tension reference value (Tref) is supplied to an adding means 7 by an arithmetic means 9 of tension reference in accordance with the output information (Rt) of an arithmetic means 10 of take-up reel diameter. The information of error with the output information (Tsen) of a tension sensor is calculated by the adding means 7, then the tension is controlled in accordance with this error information.</p> |
