PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waiting time required for transferring an incoming call by a caller by storing position information of another radio communication equipment with the same group ID and judging whether or not transfer is possible by the position information. SOLUTION: When the caller requests a call with a user of a radio telephone equipment 3K, the radio telephone equipment 30 reads position information of the radio telephone equipment 3K, which is stored in a position register information storage part 302 in order to judge whether or not the radio telephone equipment 3K exists within a communication area by the operation of the user before requesting incoming call transfer to confirm it. When read position information indicates outside the communication area, the radio telephone equipment 30 judges disabled incoming call transfer, transmits the effect to the caller and transmits a line disconnection request signal to a base station 20. It is judged whether or not another radio telephone equipment exists within the communication area by the radio telephone equipment and incoming call transfer is not requested to a master station so that the waiting time regrind for incoming call transfer by the caller is reduced.
