PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a call reception standby state and to prevent the consumption of a battery of a mobile terminal equipment by allowing the mobile terminal equipment to report a standby time and a standby request time to an exchange and allowing the exchange to store the standby time and the standby request time. SOLUTION: When a mobile terminal equipment A sends information requesting the setting of standby time to an exchange C, a transmission reception section C16 of the exchange C stores a telephone number of the terminal equipment A to a memory C13 and stores the transmission information to memories C10-C12. When a mobile terminal equipment B having the same number as the destination telephone number stored together with a prescribed message text makes a call, the stored message is read and reported to the terminal equipment B. A message extract section C7 compares the message stored in storage section C6, a destination telephone number and a telephone number stored in the memory C13 and reports the message text to the terminal equipment B via a transmission section C15 and a transmission reception section C16 when they are coincident. |
