PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize call reception control where prescribed communication quality is guaranteed and, then, a prescribed call loss rate is satisfied of a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: This call reception controller of mobile communication is the one for controlling call reception concerning a frequency band which is shared with a radio base station 11 and plural mobil stations 12 with which communication is executed by code division duplexing connection. This controller is provided with a first calculating means calculating the call loss rate within its own radio zone, the second calculating means calculating the deterioration rate of communication quality within its own radio zone and the third calculating means calculating the call loss rate which is calculated by the first calculating means and the max. number of simultaneously connected users within its own radio zone which is calculated by the second calculating means. |
