PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cross talk caused by large electric resistance from a common voltage input terminal to a black matrix. SOLUTION: A relay electrode part 2f to which a common voltage is applied is formed around a TFT array substrate 2 by a metallic film. Further, a black matrix 3a is formed on an inner surface of a common electrode substrate 3 by the metallic film, and a common electrode is formed on its inner surface from ITO, and a common electrode leader part 3b1 is prolonged integrally from its periphery. Further, the common electrode leader part 3b1 and the relay electrode 2f confronted with each other are connected electrically by a common transfer part 6. Then, a black matrix leader part 3a1 is prolonged integrally from the periphery of the black matrix 3a, and its prolonged end part is arranged oppositely so as to cover the whole common transfer part 6. |
