PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color mixture inspecting method for a color filter capable of inspecting the mixture of colors of adjacent pixels having different colors in a color filter. SOLUTION: As for the color mixture inspecting method for the color filter for inspecting the mixture of colors between adjacent pixels in the color filter which is manufactured by coloring plural pixels 10a formed on a substrate 1 into plural kinds of colors, the mixture of colors is detected by irradiating the substrate 1 with transmission illumination and reflection illumination, photographing the pixels, performing the image processing of the photographed images of the pixels and comparing the area of the image-processed pixel images with the specified area of the pixels. |
