PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting method with which the transmission speed of fractal compressed data is accelerated. SOLUTION: At a transmission side processing part 24 of transmission equipment 20, editing data are prepared by rearranging the fractal compressed data in the ascending or descending order of matrix elements, the respective matrix elements are transmitted from a transmission part 25 twice by twice and at a reception side processing part 34 of reception equipment 30, it is judged whether the matrix elements in received data are equal in two times or not. When they are equal, those matrix elements are held but when they are not equal, they are replaced with any specified bit pattern and further, that specified bit pattern is estimated from the preceding and following matrix elements and corrected. |
