PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the increase of the moment of an image blurring correcting device and to prevent the unstable behavior of a movable part by arranging the center of gravity of the movable part driven to correct image blurring, a part where a load is generated between the movable part and a guide device, and the motive power of a motive power generating device on the same plane or nearly the same plane. SOLUTION: An image blurring correction lens 21 is held by a lens chamber 22, and the lens chamber 22 is held by a nearly square lens frame 23. The right side and the upper side of the lens frame 23 are formed as extended parts faced to the outside, and coils 24 and 25 are attached to the extended parts. Magnets 26 and 27 and yokes 28 and 29 are attached to a lens body L side so as to interpose the straight line parts of the coils in between in an optical direction. The coils 24 and 25, the fixed ends P1, P2, P3 and P4 of wires 36, 37, 38 and 39 being an elastic body and the position G1 of the center of gravity are arranged to be on nearly the same plane approximately perpendicular to the optical axis. |
