PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the take-out and put-in operation of a car plug for either an European vehicle or a Japanese vehicle with respect to the plug-in port of a cigar lighter by exposing to the exterior an operating member in which a changeover cam is assembled to perform changeover operation through an operating port provided in the circumferential wall of a body. SOLUTION: In a car plug formed in the plug-in port 5 of the cigar lighter of an automobile, a cut part is provided in the respective alternate positions of parts divided into four equal parts in the circumferential direction of the circumferential wall of a body. The respective terminal parts 20 of an elastic j terminal plate are exposed to the exterior therefrom. Also, a cut window hole 3 is formed in the respective alternate positions of the other part of the parts divided into four equal parts. A pressure contact member 8 is disposed in the respective holes 3 so as to move in the direction of the diameter of the body 1 from an arm part 80. In the body, a changeover cam 9 is assembled, and an operating member 92 for performing changeover operation is exposed to the exterior through an operating port provided in the circumferential wall of the body.
