PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain weight reduction, cost reduction and size reduction. SOLUTION: A fuel cell is provided with a cooling plate 12 which has a passage of a cooling medium inside and is composed of a resin raw material, a power generation cell 1 arranged so as to contact with the cooling plate 12 and a current collecting body 13 connected to the power generation cell 1 from outside. The cooling plate 12 and the power generation cell 1 are layered as a single layer or a multilayer. Since the cooling plate 12 is formed of a resin raw material, weight of the fuel cell can be reduced even in the case of a stack using a large number of cooling plates 12. Since a quantity of heat generated by respective power generation cells 1 is removed outside by the cooling medium moving in the cooling plate 12, a temperature rise in the respective power generation cells 1 can be restrained, and stable electromotive force can be obtained. Its electromotive force is supplied to a load through the current collecting body 13 connected to the respective power generation cells 1. |
