PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption required for driving an image blurring correction optical system by reducing resistance by the deflecting deformation of a flexible printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The image blurring correction device 2 constituted so that image blurring is corrected by moving the image blurring correction optical systems 21 and 22 is provided with the flexible printed circuit boards 60-63 supplying electric power to a driving means and an optical position detection sensor required for moving the image blurring correction optical systems. Besides, a twisted part, a deflected part or a folded part is provided in the midst of the boards 60-63 in a longitudinal direction.
