<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively correct a pixel defect of a liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: For correcting an electric short circuit arising between a TFT substrate and a color filter due to a metal piece occurring in a position cut, connected and corrected by irradiation of light energy after the pixel defect of the liquid crystal display panel 1 is corrected by the irradiation of the light energy, a corrective function pressing from the upside and downside of the liquid crystal display panel 1 is provided on the same stage as the corrective stage by the irradiation of the light energy. Further, a mechanism correcting the movement amount of the corrective stage is provided so that pressure correction is made possible for a panel seal part, etc., excepting a display part. Thus, simplification of an inspection product flow and shortening of a processing time are realized, and productivity is improved in the production process of the liquid crystal display panel.</p> |
