<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation for collecting data by judging whether a prescribed traveling condition is satisfied or not based upon traveling time information and stop time information, and when the traveling condition is satisfied, acquiring the operation information of a specific item. SOLUTION: A traveling time information acquiring means 311a acquires vehicle traveling time based upon traveling information obtained from a traveling detecting means 6 for detecting the traveling of a vehicle. A stop time information acquiring means 311b acquires vehicle stop time based upon the traveling information obtained from the means 6. A traveling state judging means 311c judges whether the prescribed traveling condition is satisfied or not based upon the traveling time information and the stop time information, and when the traveling condition is satisfied by the judgement, a specific operation information acquiring means 311d acquires the operation information of the specific item. Consequently operation for collecting data can be simplified.</p> |
