PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a detailed level shift by shifting a center voltage of an AC signal from a DC voltage of a 1st DC voltage source to a DC voltage of a 2nd DC voltage source so as to prevent a voltage change of an AC signal based on a temperature change. SOLUTION: An AC signalΔV deflected around a reference voltage Vref1 of a 1st DC voltage source 8 is applied to an input terminal 10 of the level shift circuit. An output terminal 14 of the level shift circuit connects to collectors of TRs 15, 12 of a current mirror circuit and connects to a 2nd DC voltage source 20 supplying a reference voltage Vref2 via a resistor 19. A voltage across the resistor 19 in this circuit isΔV, which is constant even if temperature changes without being affected by a base-emitter voltage of the TRs 11, 12, and resistors 17, 18. Furthermore, an AC signal changing around the reference voltage Vref2 of the 2nd DC voltage source 20 able to generate an optional DC voltage is obtained.
