PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the management of a building group by the use of addresses (signal identification numbers) at the time of managing an auxiliary building side from a main building side and to easily execute the transmission processing of a monitor and control signal. SOLUTION: An auxiliary building managing device 2 independently sets internal addresses corresponding to respective equipment in auxiliary building facilities 25 in each auxiliary building and monitors and controls these addresses in each auxiliary building together with the monitor and control of status change information (operation/stop, input ON/OFF, etc.) and failure information (failure generation/restoration). On the other hand, a main building managing device 1 sets up and controls internal addresses for easily managing the main building and respective auxiliary buildings. In the case of managing each auxiliary building from the main building, an interface device 3 receives the internal addresses and the status change information of each auxiliary building, converts each auxiliary building address into a main building address and transmits the converted address together with the status change information to the device 1 to monitor the auxiliary building. |
