摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coloring material which realizes a high precision color display without decreasing light resistance by mixing two kinds of polymer fine particles containing dye molecules of compds. having different base skeletons from each other. SOLUTION: Each polymer fine particle 1 contains only dye molecules 2 or 3 of compds. having almost the same base skeletons. For example, wither anthraquinone dye molecules 2 or azo dye molecules 3 are capsuled in the polymer fine particle. Then these two kinds of polymer fine particles 1 are mixed. For example, the base skeleton of 1-aminoanthraquinone is almost the same as the base skeleton of 1,4-bis(phenylamino)anthraquinone, while the base skeleton of 1-aminoanthraquinone is different from the base skeleton of 4- methyl-7-diethylaminocumarine. It is preferable that the polymer fine particles 1 are liquid crystal microcapsules 4 prepared by sealing only dye molecules 2 or 3 in a liquid crystal material to make microcapsules.
