PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the inspection accuracy of color liquid crystal display bodies and to prevent defects from being overlooked. SOLUTION: One end sections 1a of a large number of optical fibers 1 are arranged in a line and fixed with a resin 2. The other end sections 1b of the fibers 1 are arranged in a ring and fixed with a resin 5. A motor 8 is positioned at the central part of the end sections 1b of the fibers 1 and a light shielding rotating body 9 is fitted to the output shaft 8a of the motor 8. In the rotating body 9, notches 9a are formed so that the notches 9a can be faced successively to the end sections 1b of the fiber 1 when the rotating body 9 is rotated. A photomultiplier 10 which converts the light passed through the notches 9a into the voltage corresponding to the intensity of the light is provided in front of the rotating body 9. The output signal of the photomultiplier 10 is inputted to a microcomputer through a lead wire 10a. |
