PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital cordless telephone system whereby the control signal of a master set is received under inter-slave set calling and the report of an effect that an incoming call is executed is received. SOLUTION: A slave set waiting within the area of the master set alternately receiving the control signal from the master set and a calling signal from a caller side slave set and establishes the synchronization of the caller side slave set with a TDMA timing by the reception of the calling signal. The caller side slave set transmits the calling signal by a time slot being the same as the one by which the master set transmits the control signal while keeping the synchronization with the master set, starts inter-slave set calling and receives the control signal from the master set in place of a voice signal from an incoming call side slave set for the portion of a frame when the frame for transmitting the control signal by the master set comes during calling. Thus, synchronization with the TDM timing of the master set is kept and, at the same time, presence or absence of a public line incoming call or an extension incoming call from the master set is recognized. |
