PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a differential pressure inside and outside a room and prevent oil mist from being diffused in the air in the room by covering an inside hood with an outside cover so that an air outlet may be formed on the lower end of an exhaust air circulation vent passage. SOLUTION: A contaminated air generated during cooking time is sucked up from an intake 12 of an inside hood 1 by driving an exhaust fan 2 where oil mist is caught with a filter unit and a cleaned exhaust air is introduced into an exhaust air circulation vent passage 8 and blown off downward from an air outlet 9 with the intake 12 of the inside hood 1 whose surrounding areas are encircled. With the contaminated air 16, which rises from a gas range 17 during cooking time, the air is sucked up and cleaned with the filter unit 4 again and blown off from the air outlet 9 by way of the exhaust air circulation vent passage 8 and this process is repeated. It is, therefore, possible to reduce the amount of contaminated air diffused in a room and prevent a drop in cooling and heating effects on the indoor side. |
