摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store image coded data in a way of executing countermeasures against errors and violation data for succeeding usage such as reproduction of data in the case of storing the received image coding data violating the ITU-U recommendations H.261 such as decoding disable data or bit-numbers over in one frame. SOLUTION: Data prepared by decoding received image coding data by a transmission line decoding section 1 are divided by a frame division section 2 and decoded by an information source decoding section 3 and coded by an INTRA coding section 4. A frame processing control section 6 decides how each frame is to be stored based on a signal from a bit count section 5 discriminating it that the number of 1-frame image coding data is in violation against the bit length of the ITU-T recommendations H.261 and a abnormality signal of bits of an image decoded by the information decoding section 3 and a storage data transfer section 7 selects the INTRA coding data based on the signal and transfers the data.
