PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sensitivity change or the dot quality deterioration produced with the lapse of time, even if doing the processing with the reduction in the replenishment quantity of developer, and eliminate the increase in fogging by providing a silver halide emulsion layer containing a specified silver halide grain on a film support body. SOLUTION: Silver halide emulsion layers at least one of which contains a silver halide grain having an average grain size less than 0.1μm is provided on a film base body mainly containing syndiotactic polystyrene. The halogen composition of the silver halide in the used silver halide emulsion is not particularly limited, and silver chloride, silver chloride bromide, silver bromide, silver iodide bromide, and silver chloride iodide bromide are used.
