PHOTORECEIVING OPTICAL SYSTEM AND PARTICLE ANALYZER WITH THE SAME SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceiving optical system which makes it possible to reduce in size and to simplify and a particle analyzer having the same system. SOLUTION: The light emitted from an illumination optical system 1 is emitted to a forward flow cell 4. A forward photoreceiving optical system 5 has a rod lens unit 26 and a photodiode 8. The rod lens 26a of the unit 26 is made of a columnar rod lens material having a diameter of 1.8mm and a length of 10.0mm. The lens 26a is provided with a linear beam stopper having a width of 100 to 200μm to shut OFF an unnecessary incident light on the incident surface of the rod lens material.
