PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control change of tensile force resulting from the positional change of a support roll coupled with a loop car in the looper facility by providing a support roll acceleration/deceleration compensation amount calculating circuit and adding the calculated support roll acceleration/deceleration compensation amount to the acceleration/deceleration compensation amount of the loop car to compensate for torque reference. SOLUTION: In a tensile force controller of a continuous steel plate treatment facility, the acceleration/deceleration compensation amount of a loop car 2a is previously set with an acceleration/deceleration compensation setting device 7 of a loop car and a support roll acceleration/deceleration compensation calculating circuit 21 is also provided to calculate acceleration/deceleration compensation amount of the support roll 3. The acceleration/deceleration compensation amount of the support roll 3 is added to the acceleration/deceleration compensation amount of the loop car 2a in an adder 22 and it is then added to an output of a tensile force setting device 5 for setting the tensile force standard of a steel plate 1 to compensate for torque standard. Thereby, the change of tensile force due to the change of the transfer speed in the input/output sides of the loop facility can be controlled to prevent deformation of steel plates and the change of plate thickness to improve the yield. |
