A method of treating Huntington's Chorea by the administration of effective amounts of GLA or DGLA and a method of delaying the onset of Huntington's Choreaor preventing it altogether by administering appropriate amounts of GLA or DGLA to clinically normal individuals who are genetic carriers of the disease, and a method of preparation of medications for such purpose using such acids.
