PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mass production possible by applying paint containing an organic silicon compound on the surface of a resistor body, making a display on the surface by displaying material made out of a metal oxide polymer and an inorganic filler, performing heat treatment in a vacuum furnace after that, and leaving a silicon oxide polymer having less organic component behind on the surface. SOLUTION: After a resistor is formed on the base substance 11 of a resistor body 12, paint wherein trifunctional organosilsesquioxane and quadfunctional silicate are mixed is applied on the surface of the resistor body 12. And the resistor body 12 on which this paint has been applied is heat-treated in a vacuum furnace to cause its organic component to evaporate, and an anthracite film 16 being a polymer film of a silicon oxide having less organic component is left on the surface. Besides, a display by printing is made by the use of displaying material made out of a metal oxide polymer and an inorganic filler, on the surface of this resistor body 12. Consequently, mass treatment in a vacuum furnace and effective mass production become possible. |
