PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the graph processor which controls a way of making an area conspicuous by determining a color or giving a difference in density, etc., of hatching according to the area and importance of the area and then easily colors or hatches the area. SOLUTION: The graph processor is equipped with an original image holding means 1 which holds an original image, an area extracting means 2 which extracts an area to be colored in the document image held in the original image holding means, an area color determining means 3 which determines area colors given differences in color attributes according to the sizes of individual areas to be colored that are extracted by the area extracting means 2, and an output image generating means 4 which generates an output image by giving the color attributes determined by the area color determining means 3 to the areas extracted by the area extracting means 2. |
