PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency collecting data effectively even when a fault cause is in another processor by allowing even an opposite processor to be linked to collect data in its own processor when a fault takes place in a processor. SOLUTION: When a fault×4 takes place in an exchange processing section 2 of a 1st processor A, an exchange processing section 2 detects it to start a data collection processing section 3. The data collection processing section 3 starts a serial number generating processing section 4 to obtain a 'serial number' indexed in common when processors A, B save data. The data processing section 3 extracts data used by the exchange processing section 2 and uses the 'serial number' and saves and collects data to a fault occurrence save memory 9. Then the data collection processing section 3 uses the 'serial number' as an interface to start a data collection/output request transmission section 12. The output request transmission section 12 makes a data collection request to the opposite processor B by using the 'serial number' as additional information to terminate the processing of the processor A.
