<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable and small contact resistance and sufficient joining strength in a connecting part between a terminal and electric wires. SOLUTION: A conductor part 11 (a soft copper wire) is exposed by stripping off covering of a tip part of an insulation-covered electric wire 10 to constitute a wire harness, and metallic wax 20 is impregnated into a connecting part with a terminal being a tip part of its conductor part 11, and a metallic wax impregnated part 12 is formed. The metallic wax impregnated part 12 of the insulation-covered electric wire 10 is inserted into the connecting part of the terminal (copper alloy), and is sandwiched in welding electrodes of a resistance welding machine in a pressurized condition, and when an electric current is carried, the metallic wax 20 of the metallic wax impregnated part 12 is quickly melted by resistance heating, and the terminal and the conductor part 11 of the insulation-covered electric wire 10 are firmly connected to each other through the metallic wax 20.</p> |
