PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the temperature of air let out into a room approximate to a prescribed target indoor temperature in an optimum state at all times, irrespective of the quantity of air passing through an indoor heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a cooling mode, a control device 39 determines a target increased-decreased numberΔfz of revolutions in accordance with the deviation of an actual temperature of air having passed through an indoor heat exchanger 22 from a target temperature thereof and further determines a corrective target increased-decreased numberΔf of revolutions so that theΔfz be made large as the quantity of the air becomes large, on the basis of a set position of an air quantity setting lever. Then, it controls an inverter 38 so that the number of revolutions of a compressor 25 be increased or decreased by theΔf. According to this constitution, the temperature of the air having passed the indoor heat exchanger 22 is fixed substantially irrespective of the quantity of the air passing through the indoor heat exchanger 22 and, therefore, the temperature of air let out into a room is made to approximate to a prescribed target indoor temperature in an optimum state at all times. |
