PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color LED panel preventing rise in cost by reducing the number of connecting lines and also suppressing the transfer rate of picture data low to dispense with countermeasure agaist an unwated radiation, etc., in the LED panel capable of a full color display. SOLUTION: This panel has an LED display unit 8 in which plural LEDs are arranged in a dot martrix shape, plural shift means 10 capable of shiftings in plural directions and a timing controller 9 controlling lighting timings of LEDs. Then, since the number of connecting lines is reduced and the transfer rate of the picture data is suppressed low by transferring picutre data for respective colors of the data for red color, the data for green color and data for blue color with common connecting lines in series, the cost penalty such as countermeasure againt the unwanted radiation are prevented. |
