The method involves using panels (2a) each with a rectangular shape and predetermined thickness. The panel length (L) is equal to the thickness of the wall and each panel has a longitudinal guide (30). For each panel a guide channel (9) for positioning is provided. A panel guide is positioned w.r.t. the guide channel. A sealing force is applied in the wall for a predetermined distance to assure a partial overlapping of the longitudinal edge (4) of the contiguous panels.
