<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the production process and reduce the number of parts by separately forming primary and secondary molds and assembling both into a unified body. SOLUTION: After separately forming primary and secondary molds 2 and 4, the mold 4 is inserted from a hole 3b of the mold 2 from front until a flange 4b butts on the front of the mold 2, bolts 11 are screwed into tapped holes 9 to provisionally fix and unify both molds 2 and 4, core 5 split into a two halves is inserted and held from front and back between a hole 4d of the mold 4 and recess 2c of the mold 2 and outside thereof is tightened to fix by two bands. The bolts 11 are loosened to adjust the position of the mold 4 for positioning the core 5 and then again tightened to fix enough. This facilitates the assembling and reduces the number of parts.</p> |
