<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken an operation for insulating the cut end part of a distribution line and to enable the operation by a robot, in live-line work. SOLUTION: A jaw part of a binder 5 which can be opened against a spring force is fixed in the intermediate part of a skeletal member 4 fitted to the upper edge part of an insulating bag 3 of which the upper end 1 and one side 2 are opened. In an operation by a robot, the binder 5 having a structure wherein pressing plates 8 supported by springs 7 in the opening part of the U-shaped jaw part 6 are separated in parallel, together with the U-shaped jaw part 6, when a parallel clamping part 9 is narrowed by pressing is used.</p> |
