<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure and its connecting method by which mechanical strength of a connecting part of an electric wire and a plate-like conductor (for example, a welding piece of a tab-shaped terminal is increased and influence of external force is hardly exerted and stability and reliability of electric connection can be enhanced. SOLUTION: An exposed conductor on which a cross section of an electric wire 2 is an almost circular shape and a plate-like conductor 1a such as a welding piece of a terminal 1 are superposed on each other, and the superposed parts are welded and fixed to each other. A V-shaped electric wire receiving groove 1b is formed on this plate-like conductor, and the exposed conductor is welded in a condition of biting into the electric wire receiving groove. In this, the V-shaped electric wire receiving groove is arranged on the plate-like conductor such as the welding piece of the terminal, and the exposed conductor of the electric wire is superposed on the V-shaped electric wire receiving groove, and the superposed parts are welded together by a pair of electrodes 5 and 5'.</p> |
