<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency and radiation efficiency without using a fan and to reduce size by eliminating a need for a discharge means for dehumidification water. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric cooler comprises a fin body 22 for cooling comprising a base board 17 joined with the cooling surface of an electronic cooling element 16 and a plurality of fin bodies 22 formed on the base board 17, a base board 24 joined with the radiation surface of the element 16, a fin body 23 for radiation comprising a plurality of fins 26 formed on the base board 24, a motor 29 to rotate the two fin bodies 22 and 23, and a source feed means to feed a DC voltage to the element 16.</p> |
